I should mention that both streets at this intersection are one-way.
um, why is a traffic light necessary if one isn’t allowed to enter the street anyway?
I think it wouldn’t be so bad if they’d put up one of those single red lights that stays lit all the time. But why have three lights? I bet the green one never burns out.
What’s funny is that the light changes: from red to yellow and then immediately back to red. It never is green, which I guess is a good thing.
Perhaps the light isn’t a traffic aid at all, just a neighborhood marker. If this is in your neighborhood, my apologies.
